The Services, including all associated models, algorithms, and systems, are the property of PostPerfectAI and its affiliates.
(b) Feedback: We value your feedback, comments, ideas, proposals, and suggestions for improvements. If you provide any such input, we may use it without any restrictions or compensation to you.
(c) Restrictions: The following restrictions apply to your use of the Services:
(i) You must not use the Services in a manner that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the rights of any individual.
(ii) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code or underlying components of the Services (except where prohibited by applicable law) is not allowed.
(iii) You may not use the output generated by the Services to develop models that directly compete with PostPerfectAI.
(iv) Except as permitted through the provided API, you must not use any automated or programmatic methods to extract data or output from the Services, including web scraping, web harvesting, or web data extraction.
(v) Representing output from the Services as human-generated when it is not or violating our Usage Policies is strictly prohibited.
(vi) Prior consent from PostPerfectAI is required for buying, selling, or transferring API keys.
(vii) Do not provide us with any personal information of children under 13 or below the applicable age of digital consent. Please comply with any rate limits and requirements specified in our documentation. The Services may only be used in geographies currently supported by PostPerfectAI.
(d) Third-Party Services: The use of any third-party software, services, or products in conjunction with the Services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. PostPerfectAI is not responsible for third-party products.
(a) Your Content: When utilizing the Services, you may provide input ("Input") and receive output generated based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output collectively form "Content." As long as you comply with these Terms, you retain ownership of the Input. PostPerfectAI assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the Output, allowing you to use the Content for any purpose, including commercial purposes such as sale or publication. PostPerfectAI may use Content to provide and maintain the Services, comply with applicable law, and enforce its policies and agreements.
(b) Ownership and Licenses: You acknowledge that PostPerfectAI and its affiliates retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including the algorithms, models, and technology used to provide the Services. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Services except for the limited licenses granted to you. PostPerfectAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
(c) User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for your Content and its legality, accuracy, and appropriateness. You represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the Input and that the use of the Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. PostPerfectAI has no responsibility or liability for the Content or any actions taken based on the Content.
PostPerfectAI values your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms by ceasing to use the Services and closing your account. PostPerfectAI may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services will cease, and you must cease all use of the Services and destroy any copies of the API keys or other materials provided by PostPerfectAI.
The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PostPerfectAI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PostPerfectAI does not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
In no event shall PostPerfectAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PostPerfectAI and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
PostPerfectAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the PostPerfectAI website or otherwise made available to you. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PostPerfectAI regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
